The Master of Business Administration (MBA) is a graduate-level program at ULF designed to develop advanced managerial, analytical, and leadership skills required to succeed in today's dynamic and competitive business environment. The program provides a comprehensive foundation in core business disciplines and how businesses operate and how to lead them effectively.
Our MBA equips students with a multidisciplinary understanding of business operations, including finance, marketing, management, human resources, economics, and strategy. Emphasis is placed on critical thinking, problem-solving, and data-driven decision-making to prepare graduates for leadership roles across various industries.
Through a combination of case studies, applied projects, and interactive learning, students gain the ability to analyze complex business situations, formulate strategic solutions, and effectively manage organizational resources. The program also fosters ethical leadership, innovation, and adaptability in a rapidly evolving global marketplace.
Students Holding a BA from Outside ULF:
- A Bachelor's degree from a recognized university with a minimum average of 75% (or equivalent).
- Aptitude test assessing basic business knowledge, critical thinking skills, logical reasoning and English language proficiency.
- An interview with a faculty panel.
- Two recommendation letters.
- Curriculum Vitae (CV).
Students Holding a BA from ULF:
- Minimum GPA 75/100 (or its equivalent).
